Permission for loading of Radial Blanket Sub-Assemblies in PFBR.
AERB has issued Permission for loading of radial Blanket Sub-Assemblies (SAs) in Prototype Fast Breeder Reactor (PFBR) core on April 10, 2024, after satisfactory safety review. The PFBR is India's first indigenous 500MWe Fast breeder Reactor, at Kalpakkam in Tamil Nadu . The reactor core loading signifies an advanced stage of commissioning, towards making the reactor operational.new_blink_img
