11.4.2 Training Imparted to other Organisations 11.5 TECHNICAL TALK / COLLOQUIUM

Every year students from several academic AERB conducts technical talks/colloquia at regular
institutions like IITs, BITS and other Universities get an intervals for its staff for knowledge upgradation. The topics
opportunity to work with AERB on emerging R&D topics are chosen in line with the mandate and functioning of
related to safety as part of their academic curriculum. AERB, covering latest scientific and technical development
Technical divisions of AERB provided guidance to worldwide in the field of nuclear and radiation industries,
undergraduate engineering students as well as M. Tech regulatory practices, legal aspects and aspects enhancing

(i) Internship Training 11.5.1 Technical Talk
Internship training was provided to students of An invited Talk on “How Safe is ‘Safe Dose’? Low
BITS, Pilani; Terna Engineering College, Nerul, Navi Level Radiation Effects: Some Recent Studies” was

(ii) Project Guidance 11.5.2 AERB Colloquia
Summer interns from BITS-Pilani, Goa Campus Following colloquia were conducted during the period
